No account? Ask an Admin to create one for you from the Users tab. Credentials are stored locally in this app's users folder — a lightweight lock for a personal tool, not bank-grade security, so don't reuse a sensitive password here.
Build tables and drag guests onto them here — new tables start unnamed. Switch to Table Assignments to give a table its real number (or the Dais spot) from the venue's floor plan — only then does its name appear. Tables need at least 8 guests to turn blue (2 for the Dais) — under that, it's marked in red.
People are listed by table, so it's easy to spot who's sitting together. Select two or more to group them under one name (like "Mr. and Mrs. Smith"), or select just one to rename how they'll be printed. Someone already in a party is greyed out and locked — remove them from it first to add them elsewhere. Grouping never changes anyone's name in the guest list or CSV — it's a separate, exportable label.
